About Guam IX

Guam IX is a project operated by Guam Exchange, a Citadel Pacific Data Center. The goal of Guam IX is to keep local traffic, local to the region. Removing international detours and addtional network routing trace hops in the path destination. With Guams strategic geographic location and the high density of subsea fiber capcity, Guam IX is the ICT hub of the Western Pacific, promoting redundancy, resiliency and performance for networks traversing the region. Guam IX operates openly with all network operators and carriers.
